Faisal Movers includes Quetta in its city list, but we could not find a published timetable or fare for a direct Lahore to Quetta bus. Search the route on faisalmovers.com for your date. If no direct bus appears, travellers often go to Multan or Sukkur first and connect there.
There are two main roads. The shorter one goes via Multan and D.G. Khan, climbs over Fort Munro and continues through Loralai to Quetta, with mountain sections. The other follows the M-5 to Sukkur and then goes north-west through Jacobabad and the Bolan Pass. Road conditions and security advice can change, so check the news before travelling.
On the D.G. Khan route, the bus passes Multan, Muzaffargarh and the Indus bridge, then climbs to Fort Munro, a hill station at about 1,800 m with dramatic hairpin bends. Beyond the pass the road continues through Rakhni and Loralai into the Quetta valley. On the Sukkur route, the bus follows the M-5 to Sukkur and then heads north-west through Jacobabad and Sibi before climbing through the Bolan Pass.
Both routes have long stretches with few facilities, so carry water and snacks.
If a direct service is available, board at Abdullah Travels, Band Road, Lahore. For connecting trips, see our Multan terminal guide.

If a direct bus is available, choose the best seat or sleeper you can afford: the journey includes long night hours and mountain sections. If you split the trip in Multan or Sukkur, you can choose a cheaper class for the first leg and a better one for the overnight stretch.
Quetta is at about 1,680 m altitude, so it has cold winters (often below freezing from December to February) and mild summers. April to June and September to October are the most comfortable months. Snow can occasionally affect mountain roads on the Fort Munro and Loralai side in winter.
Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, is known for its orchards, dry fruits, Hanna Lake and the Quetta valley surrounded by mountains. It is also an important trade hub towards Afghanistan and Iran.
Local taxis and rickshaws are the main transport in Quetta; ride-hailing coverage is more limited than in Punjab cities. Jinnah Road and the Cantt area are the main commercial centres. Keep your CNIC with you, and follow local advice about which areas to visit.
FaisalMoversBooking.com does not sell tickets. You can book in four official ways:
Step-by-step help: How to book a Faisal Movers ticket.
Fake "Faisal Movers booking" numbers and WhatsApp accounts are common on social media. They take an advance payment by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer and never issue a ticket. Buy only through the official website, the Bookkaru app, the UAN 111-22-44-88 or a terminal counter, and never share an OTP, PIN or card number with a caller.
When travelling with children or elderly relatives, choose seats near the front (less motion, quicker exit at stops), carry snacks and medicines in hand luggage, and ask the hostess for help at the boarding door if someone needs assistance with steps.
